Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for the online course fees remitted to Dr. Vandana Gupta ("School for Self-Healing").

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our live, service-based courses and the limited spots available, we adhere to a strict no refund policy. By opting for a 1-Month, 3-Month, or 6-Month course fees, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation by the Client

  • Cancellation before Plan Start Date: In some cases request to cancel the course before the first scheduled class or start date, may be eligible for a refund if the request is made in writing to selfhealingschool@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the course’s commencement. The teachers and management reserve the right to accept or reject the cancellation and refund request depending on the cancellation reason.
     

  • Cancellation after Plan Start Date: Once your course has commenced, no refunds will be provided. The service is considered rendered as the spot has been reserved for you.
     

  • Missed Classes: No refunds or pro-rata credits will be issued for live classes missed by the client for any reason.
     

3. Cancellation by Us (School for Self Healing)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues).

  • If a single class is cancelled by us, we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the class.

  • If we must cancel an entire service plan or course indefinitely, you will be offered a pro-rata refund for the remaining, unused portion of your plan.
     

4. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality services. However, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching style, or personal outcomes, as results are subjective and depend on individual participation.
