DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY WAIVER

This document is intended to limit the liability of The School for Self healing and to inform the user
(the "Parent/Guardian" and/or "Student") about the nature of the services provided.
By using the services of the School, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the
following:


1. Nature of the Program
a. The programs offered by the School focus on self-healing techniques, personal growth, and
emotional well-being. These programs are not designed to replace medical, psychological, or
psychiatric treatment.
b. The content is educational and aims to promote self-awareness, mindfulness, and emotional
intelligence.


2. No Professional Advice
a. The School does not provide medical, therapeutic, psychological, or psychiatric services.
b. If the child requires professional treatment, the Parent/Guardian is responsible for seeking
appropriate healthcare services.


3. Use of Services
a. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the School is not liable for any physical, emotional,
or psychological effects or damages that may occur from participation in the programs.
b. The Parent/Guardian agrees to monitor the child’s participation in the programs to ensure
their well-being.


4. Informed Consent
a. By enrolling in the program, the Parent/Guardian provides informed consent for their child to

participate in the self-healing activities, understanding that the nature of the program is self-
exploratory and involves guided exercises and activities that may include mental and emotional

exploration.
b. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that participation is voluntary, and the child may
withdraw from the program at any time.


5. Limitation of Liability
a. The School for Self healing shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages, including but not limited to any emotional distress or physical injury
arising out of the use or inability to use the program.
b. The Parent/Guardian agrees to hold the School harmless from any claims, demands, losses,
or damages, including legal fees, arising from the use of the School’s services.
c.To the fullest extent allowed by law, School and its affiliated parties are not responsible or liable
for your use of any content, the site, the services, or any information related to them. School will
not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.


6. Parental Responsibility
a. The Parent/Guardian agrees to ensure that their child’s use of the School’s services is
appropriate and safe.
b. The Parent/Guardian is responsible for monitoring their child’s mental and emotional state
during the course of the program.


7. Privacy and Confidentiality
a. The School will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws
and regulations.
b. The Parent/Guardian agrees to the collection and use of their child’s personal data only for
the purposes of the program and in compliance with the School's Privacy Policy.


8. Program Modifications
a. The School reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without
notice, but will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of such changes.

9. Governing Law
a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law.
INDEMNITY

You agree to protect, defend, and hold School, its managers, members, officers, directors,
employees, consultants, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all actions, claims,
demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses
(including attorney’s fees and related costs) that:
1. arise from your negligence, wrongful acts, or omissions;
2. result from your breach of any warranty in this Agreement; or
3. come from your failure to comply with this Agreement.
The School is not required to reimburse, defend, or protect you from any claim related to this
Agreement, the School's program, its Content, or Services, or your access to or use of them.
